Students began studying drama as a sub-specialty at the United Arab Emirates University - Female College in 2005, as part of the core applications offered by the English Literature Department. This secondary specialization includes five courses: the theater, an introduction to drama, the basics of theater production, drama in education and theater in the Arab world, as well as practical training in drama.
