Resource Sharing Resource Sharing is a service provided to UAEU affiliates* who are teaching or conducting research for obtaining documents not available in the University Libraries. Please check library resources for availability through the online catalog and databases before requesting documents.
Lending Services Lending Services provide access to the general book collections in the Main Library to UAEU students, faculty, staff, and other community users. Lending staff answers questions in person, by telephone [(03) 713 4677/4678] and online (circ_lib@uaeu.ac.ae) pertaining to library rights and responsibilities, borrowing privileges, checkouts and renewals, reviewing patron records, paying fines for overdue or lost books, placing online hold requests.
Resource Purchase Request Resource purchase request is a service offered to the university community to request purchasing a new resource that is not available in the library collection. Please search for the resource’s title in the Online Library Catalog to check its availability before filling in a new request form.
Room Reservation
Library Instruction Request This form is designed for faculty/instructors requesting information literacy and library instruction for their classes. Reference Assistants and Librarians are available to conduct instructional sessions tailored to individual class needs. In order that we may accommodate all requests, please submit this form a minimum of one week prior to the desired date.
