Master of Business Administration:- The MBA experience at UAE University emphasizes leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurial creativity. During four semesters of courses, MBA students are guided through a progression of thoughts and shared experience that prepares them for confident, competent business leadership in and beyond the UAE business environment and provides the business community with high-quality graduates who are capable of becoming the business leaders of the UAE and beyond.

Doctor of Business Administration:- The DBA is a four-year blended part-time program and is structured in two stages. Stage One consists of two years of course work that covers research philosophies, qualitative and quantitative research methods, research in support of business functions, literature review & critique, and human factors and social responsibility. Stage Two lasts two years and comprises the DBA thesis. At this stage the formal teaching aspect of the program ends and students are expected to use the knowledge gained from Stage One to undertake a research investigation that represents an original contribution to professional thinking and practice and has high academic merit. DBA candidates often tackle issues of real importance to their own organizations, thus delivering high-utility outcomes and enjoying the rewards of seeing their solutions beneficially implemented. During this period, the student's work will be overseen by a Thesis Committee. The program is completed after successful submission and defense of the dissertation.

Bachelor of Business Administration:- The Bachelor of Business Administration degree enables students to pursue a broad range of careers in business and government sectors with four specialty tracks: Entrepreneurship, Human Resources Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management. Driven by students’ need to compete in a global job market, the Business Administration program is internationally accredited providing students with worldwide recognition of their prestigious academic degrees. The program is designed to help meet the growing and changing labor market needs of the UAE economy. The Business Administration curriculum equips students with core business skills including finance, accounting, and economics, and knowledge in all business functions. Students obtain a solid foundation in managerial and analytical skills in theory and in real-world business practice with an internship program. The program prepares students not only for careers in government and industry but also for graduate studies.

In line with the ADBWC’s keenness to realize Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, ADBWC Honorary Chairwoman’s vision represented in (enhancing the ability of UAE women to actively take part in various areas of development driven by H.H.’s belief that sustainable socio-economic development in the UAE entails fair and square participation between businesswomen and businessmen, while having integrated roles, raising women’s aptitudes, upgrading their skills, boosting their involvement and enabling them to both perform their active part in society and contribute to the process of economic development), the ADBWC has been working to translate such vision by adopting an ambitious 5-year plan. It aims at women’s remarkable involvement in entrepreneurship, ensuring their increasing sustainable presence in accordance with the latest developments and the best practices, optimally capitalizing the energy of Emirati women working at home in all realms and consequently ensuring their integration into the emirate’s local economy, along with economic empowerment guaranteeing women’s active contribution to in all sectors of private business.
