Private Law: Journals

Provides information about all aspects of private international law and reflects the role of the European Union and the Hague Conference on Private International Law in the making of private law.

The Cambridge Law Journal publishes articles on all aspects of law. Special emphasis is placed on contemporary developments, but the journal's range includes jurisprudence and legal history. An important feature of the journal is the Case and Comment section, in which members of the Cambridge Law Faculty and other distinguished contributors analyse recent judicial decisions, new legislation and current law reform proposals. The articles and case notes are designed to have the widest appeal to those interested in the law - whether as practitioners, students, teachers, judges or administrators - and to provide an opportunity for them to keep abreast of new ideas and the progress of legal reform. Each issue also contains an extensive section of book reviews.

Journal of Private and Commercial Law is a scientific journal for the fields of Private and Commercial Law and allied sciences with Private and Commercial Law. Journal of Private and Commercial Law was published by Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Semarang. Journal of Private and Commercial Law receives articles based on research results and thoughts in Private and Commercial Law field.

Legal Studies is the journal of the Society of Legal Scholars (SLS). It aims to include a varied range of scholarly articles in each issue, including doctrinal, conceptual and socio-legal analyses and seeks to publish work which truly represents the broad range of interests across all legal scholarship. The journal warmly welcomes contributions from all those who wish to reach a broad international and UK readership.

The Journal of Law and Courts (JLC) is an interdisciplinary journal for members of the law and courts intellectual community. The journal is dedicated to combating intellectual fragmentation and promoting communication and fertilization across traditional boundaries by tackling theoretical and empirical questions that strike a wide audience of scholars as important.

Publishes articles in English on the sources & development of the common law, both in the British Isles & overseas, on the history of the laws of Ireland, Scotland, & Wales, & on Roman Law & the European legal tradition.
